8. Safety Practitioners Conference in Macau 2006
In 2001 and 2003, several nos. of safety and health associations in Hong Kong had, through a liaison group (Joint Liaison Group of Occupational Safety & health), joined hands in organizing conferences for the Safety Practitioners of Hong Kong. In 2005, Joint Liaison Group of Occupational Safety & Health (“JLGOSH”), which includes Construction Industry Safety-Management Association, Hong Kong Industrial Safety Association, Hong Kong Occupational Safety & Health Association, The Hong Kong Institute of Engineers – Safety Specialist Committee, The Hong Kong Registered Safety Auditors Association, The Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (Hong Kong Branch), and The Society of Accredited Safety Auditors were organized a 1-day conference & half day site visit on 27 & 28 May 2006 in Macau.

9. Safety Auditors Conference 2005 on 29th October 2005, Hong Kong
With the success of the 1st Annual Safety Auditors Conference held in October 2004, the 2nd Conference was held in the like manner to further the development of the safety auditor's profession for the promotion of occupational safety and health. In the Confernce, we aim to enhance cooperation and joint effort of various safety auditors associations; and to foster the profession of safety audits as an essential tool for promoting occupational safety and health.
